My name is Kristen Janiak Goggin and I am in my first year at Cathedral School for Boys teaching seventh and eighth grade math teacher in San Francisco, California.  The focus of my math class goes far beyond mathematical concepts as I use global and social issues to help focus inquiry and and work with numbers in a real world context. It is important to me that my students learn how to collaborate, think critically and wonder.  If you find a document you would like access to and are unable to, please contact me directly. Having just switched schools some of my google documents are saved in other ways.

Originally from Dartmouth, Massachusetts I graduated from Bishop Stang High School and later attended Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. After graduation I moved to Cornwall on Hudson, New York to teach Algebra and Geometry at the Storm King School before moving across the country to the San Francisco Bay. In my 15 years of living in San Francisco I spent 6 years at the Harker School in San Jose before finding my current position at Town.

In my free time I enjoy being active.  Soccer, Gaelic football, skiing, snowboarding, running, swimming, biking and doing cardio burst pilates classes is how I spend my "down time".  I also love to travel the world.
